1/ Double hands hold up the heavens – Sanjiao

2/ Pull a bow to shoot a hawk – Kidneys & waist

3/ Raise one hand & lower the other – Stomach, spleen & liver

5/ Hands press kneecaps, sway the head & swing the tail – Heart fire
